Project Info:
The new fire station for the West Pensacola Volunteer Fire Department provides apparatus bays for eight vehicles, sleeping facilities, administrative offices and a training room. The building responds architecturally to the Pensacola area with its long roof overhangs and brick exterior wall detailing. Long term, cost effective materials were used to create a building that serves as a community landmark both visually and functionally. The project was completed and dedicated with much community fanfare in April of 1994.
