Recreation and Outreach Center for First Baptist Church

First Baptist of Pensacola sought to provide a facility for its youth that would serve as a place to “refresh the mind, body and soul.” The new Recreation and Outreach Center encompasses large gathering halls for both high school and middle school teens. The project not only included the renovation to the existing 8,000 square foot gymnasium, but also the addition of 14,000 square feet. The new center also has a “coffee shop” that provides a relaxing gathering space not only for the youth, but for the entire church membership.
