Osceola Country Club

  • Location:Pensacola, Florida
  • Size:15,000 sq. ft.
  • Cost:$1.5 million

Project Info:

One of the oldest public golf facilities in the state of Florida, the Osceola golf course was upgraded with the final phase of the new Clubhouse in 2002. The building is structured over a golf cart storage level in the basement and is characterized by perimeter porches, open wood framed gables, stone columns, and large expanses of wood framed glass windows. The design is reminiscent of the “Craftsman style” of architecture which is extremely prevalent in the mostly residential neighborhood surrounding the course. The interior spaces include the entry foyer, a pro shop, locker rooms, a dining area, conference room, lounge, full kitchen, and support facilities, with views of the golf course from nearly every room!
